REQUIREMENTS:
1.Responsible to execute the procurement strategy for equipment supply base
2.Analysis of equipment specifications/standards and consolidation of requirements
3.Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions including agreements to meet cost, quality and delivery targets production facilities
4.Support engineering changes, advanced sourcing activities and develop cost standards for suppliers for equipment
5.Support Manufacturing Engineering in supplier technical feasibility evaluation
6.Support purchase orders, contracts, maintain supplier pricing, and support engineering change requests
7.Support Project Management with milestone tracking, control payments and enforcing acceptance requirements
8.Enable warranty and service conditions. Coordinate setup of service partner in different region for local maintenance and repair requirements
9.Support obtaining travel visa for technicians
10.Manage spare parts list and upload process to ERP
11.Other activities as assigned by Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
1.Engineering Degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
2.Required 3 years experience in preferably automotive production environment and familiar with part manufacturing process
3.Fluent English
4.Capable to conduct financial analysis, cost comparisons and index calculations
5.Ability to build business case and present sourcing recommendation
6.Familiarity with commercial terms and total cost management concepts
7.Knowledge in import/export and packaging/shipping requirements
8.Strong negotiations skills
