岗位描述： 负责压裂增产咨询项目研究； 负责相关项目的建立，执行，汇报。岗位要求： 具有油气田开发相关专业硕士及以上学历； 掌握储层改造的基本理论，对行业热点、难点和重点问题有一定的理解和认识； 能够完成非常规储层的地质工程一体化压裂设计和综合压后评估工作，有压裂施工支持经验则优先； 能够熟练应用主流的压裂设计软件、数值模拟软件，具有Petrel Kinetix, ECLIPSE及INTERSECT等软件经验者优先。 具有较强的责任心、良好的语言沟通能力与较强的耐压能力； 具有一年以上工作经验。Job Description： Deliver production stimulation consulting study. Work on initialization, execution and presentation of related project. Job Description: Oil and gas development background, master’s degree or above. Strong technical capability in reservoir stimulation domain, and follow up the industry challenges, key issues and hot pots closely. Capable of delivering geo-engineering integrated hydraulic fracturing design, realtime fracturing support and post frac evaluation on unconventional plays. Experienced on using hydraulic fracturing design and reservoir simulation software, especially Petrel Kinetix, ECLIPSE and INTERSECT. Strong communication skill, work engagement and adaptability to tough condition. More than 1 year industry experience.
